Where there is energy 

There is bound to be action. 

Energy has certain turbulence about it. 

Energy can choose its form 

But can it stay aloof and inactive? 

It wouldn't be created out of inaction at the first place. 

Energy means movement, action, dynamism. 

The channelling of that turbulence into something constructive 

By focussed attention

Perhaps, makes it much more efficient.
